Papercut!

Look what I did! I know - not the most productive use of my prep. But fun! Thanks cindy!

Look at you! I love it! I think it might be time for me to hop on the papercutting train -- I have a snowflake cutting obsession, but it's probably time for me to graduate from scissors to Xacto knives. Scary, though. Hope I don't sever any fingers.

Did you use special paper or equipment, or just a cutting board, paper, and knife?

ha! i totally just used scissors and a piece of paper from my piles. i think a knife is the way to go, though! oh, i did paper clip my pattern to my green paper to keep it steady. i'll need to find better ways of steadying things once i invest in a knife and cutting board. oh, i also used a glue stick to adhere it to the regular white paper. cindy - any better suggestions for adhering?

Good job! It looks beautiful! If you don't just print the pattern out directly on your paper, you can cut loosely around the edges and tape it directly to your paper. Then cut the inside parts out and then the cut the outer edge. That's all you've got to do!
