I'm no pioneer woman but I do like to cook - and here's a photohraph of my latest. The batch I made a few weeks ago looked better but these taste better (note small hole on upper right). I'm taking them to work to celebrate a coworker's bday. She doesn't like chocolate and I figured no one was thrilled to try prune cake or garbanzo bean cake.

Those are beautiful, and I bet they taste as good as they look. I also love garbanzo beans a whole lot -- where did you get your recipe for garbanzo cake, and was it any good? I must know.
it is VERY good. not sure where i got the recipe. i bet you can find many online. basically eggs and melted chocolate chips - it's flourless. garbanzo beans give it substance. i prefer to eat it frozen.
