Last month we fell in love with watermelon lemonade. This month we drink cucumbers. I used 2 super long English cucumbers that had gone a bit limp. I blended them with 2 cups of water, 1/8 cup of lime juice, 1 Tbs agave syrup and a handful of mint leaves. Way good! Maybe could use more mint. Drinking vegetables is easier than eating them. Plus, Bret is not normally a fan of cukes and he liked this.
