it's not always easy keeping up on the life of the ex. i generally manage to stay friends with them, but when they get married they tend to move on with their lives and i never hear from them again. one, however, is my sister's brother-in-law so i tend to hear about how life is going for him through her occasional updates. well, this past week they had a large family reunion. i couldn't resist sharing the family photo that she sent. he's the fourth from left, with a goatee. which is funny to me since i've never cared for goatee's but i can easily believe he has one. he may have even had one at one point in our relationship, but since we dated at byu that probably isn't true. he's looks about the same. he's a good man and i'm always happy to hear how well he's doing.
