I know - terrible picture. what it's depicting is also terrible - a very large man blocking my view of ocms. I so love them and I so wanted to just stare and sway with the music - but giants blocked my view. The second half of the show was better view wise but then I had some drunk girl bumping into me over and over and a drunk couple discussing movies at top volume next to me. It was kind of like a gallivan center crowd. Sadness. But the music was good and I don't smell like smoke.

I LOVE THEM!!!! I've never met anyone else who even knew who they are! But of course someone as cool as you would know them. Glad the music was good, despite the other distractions!
glad you went! wait, who did you go with, I'M your concert friend!! (well, ok, I have no money, I guess I do need to give up the post)
julie - i DO love them and am happy to hear you do too. i'm only smart about music because of dainon (elvis enthusaiasts unite) - he keeps me informed of the latest greatest so i can fall in love properly. he was there at the show too!
plewe - i KNOW your my concert friend but because of the money situation i didn't even ask. i didn't want to tempt you or make you feel bad. i told myself they might be too country for you anyway. so i made lynn come with me. good job filling in lynn!
You would have hated us on our side of the floor, then. There was plenty of faux clogging and "swing yer podnuh round 'n round" square dancing, which made for plenty of running into our neighbors. I also got soaked with a beer below my knee, but the more I pretended it was dry, the more I believed my lie.
