a blog I read this morning the lady gave a recipe for bbq chicken pizza. I figured it would work well with tofu and it did. For fun I added spinach and pine nuts. I love cooking successes. Plus I learned the secret to good crust - cook it on high - 500 degrees.

I'm afraid to cook anything at 500 degrees. I tried it once when I tried to make naan, and my smoke alarm went off. Maybe I need to let go of the fear and try again.
julie - i know! my alarm went off too. the smoke was out of control. mostly it was my pizza stone just sweating all kinds of oils i guess. but it was worth it - just prepare yourself.
