you know how there are those days when you just get hungry all the time - not real hunger, but stress hunger? well today i just want to eat everything. unfortunately, the lunch i brought doesn't have a lot of yummy snacky kind of things to eat. i have curry - and an orange. i also have (had) a tupperware of collard greens. yep - that's what i ate in my stress-hunger drive. there's a can of beans in my desk drawer. if only i had a can opener handy.

I know what you mean. I left my carrot home by accident today. Carrots have become my stress/bored/nervous/antsy munching food. I really need my carrot. Now I am forced to eat junk food from the vending machine. Which only makes me hungrier. I wish I had a can of beans in my desk.
celery makes me happy - for the crunch factor. carrots used to but they upset my stomach now.
i want to report that i survived the day. i only had 3 pieces of gum - plus my entire lunch. now i go home. i'm leaving some work undone - but such is life!
If you were stressed enough, you wouldn't need a can opener ... you could attack that can with your angry, angry teeth. Aim high, stress harder and eat more.
